Healing Lodge School

EDUCATION

The Healing Lodge complies with State requirements and regulations for patients. Our school is affiliated with District 81 of Spokane, Washington. The Healing Lodge School offers core curriculum subject matter to keep the patients current in their courses of study. Our school is staffed by a fully accredited teacher and an educational assistant.

Program Components:

Math lab designed to address patient’s specific academic needs

Language lab designed to address patient’s specific academic needs

American History from the Native American perspective

Current World Events

GED pre-testing and preparation

MBA pre-test to measure patient’s academic needs

MBA post-test to measure patient’s academic progress

Academic Credit earned through Spokane Public Schools

Career Exploration

Health & Wellness curriculum in conjunction with the Mental Health and Recreation departments

Special Topics in English, Social Sciences, and Natural Sciences
