The Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations gives preference in employment to enrolled members of federally recognized tribes and those recognized by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
JOB DESCRIPTION

Director of youth residential treatment center needed to direct operations and implement strategic plan. Will execute contracts and grants as well as establish and maintain effective working relationships with governmental and Tribal agencies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

BA with additional education/training and/or experience in related field. 5 years comparable work experience within a residential treatment setting and experience with federal, state, tribal and county contract compliance. Master’s degree in social services preferred. Experience with management team building. Experience working with Native American Communities preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have clinical experience that complies with WAC 246-811-030. Must pass criminal background and drug test and commit to sobriety. Must have a valid driver’s license and must be eligible for Company Insurance at all times. Native Americans given preference.
